Terms of Service for TraceGO™
1. Introduction
1.1 Welcome to TraceGO. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
1.2 TraceGO is a trading name of Pavilion Digital Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09418751. Our registered office is located at 303 Goring Road, Goring-By-Sea, Worthing, England, BN12 4NX. Our VAT registration number is GB252702231.
2. Services Offered
2.1 TraceGO provides debtor and legal tracing services to locate individuals for legitimate legal or debt-related purposes.
2.2 Our services are intended for use by professionals and individuals who have a lawful basis, such as a valid legal claim or debt recovery action, to locate an individual.
3. Use of Services
3.1 By using our services, you confirm that you have a legitimate interest and lawful basis for requesting tracing services, in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. You agree your request is to enable a valid legal or debt claim to proceed.
3.2 You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, unethical, or unauthorised purposes. To specify our service can only be used for Valid debt or legal claims.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Our tracing services are offered at a fixed fee of £29.99 plus VAT per trace for a basic trace and £99 plus VAT per trace for our advanced trace. Add on options will amend the price paid and this will be displayed on the cart section before payment is made.
4.2 Payment is required at the time of instruction and can be made via our secure online payment system.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 If no current address is found in the credit agency data, a full refund will be issued.
5.2 If a current address is identified and provided, no refund will be available, even if the individual has recently moved or the supplied address is disputed or claimed to be incorrect. To enhance the accuracy of our results, we recommend instructing TraceGO at least 8 weeks after the subject's move-out date. Email & phone data cannot be guaranteed in provision and the fee paid to search for the data is non refundable.
5.3 No Disputes Policy: Once a verified report is supplied, the fee is retained and no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures fairness, transparency, and protection for the integrity of our service. We will not enter into any correspondence in regards to results or fees charged and by using our service you agree to not present disputes or refund claims as our service has a full and final condition on all provided reports which allows us to reduce our transaction fees.
6. Service Delivery
6.1 We aim to deliver trace results within 24–72 hours. However, turnaround times may vary based on the complexity of the case and data availability. We aim at a maximum turnaround time of 7 business days.
6.2 All results are delivered via email to the address provided at the time of instruction.
6.3 If a client has not received their results via email , it is the clients responsibility to request a copy report from us and we will not be held responsible for emails that do not arrive or are sent to Spam folders.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, TraceGO cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the data provided.
7.2 TraceGO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
8.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For more information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Amendments to Terms
9.1 TraceGO reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
